COUPLES THERAPY & COACHING:

Navigating Chronic Illness Together

Chronic illness doesn't just impact one person—it affects the entire relationship. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, managing long-term care, or seeking to reconnect emotionally, couples therapy provides a space for both of you to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

This is a therapeutic space to strengthen your bond, improve communication, and co-create a more connected, resilient partnership—even in the face of uncertainty.

Explore Together:

Your Relationship Dynamics & Goals

  • How has the illness shaped or shifted your relationship?

  • What are your biggest challenges as a couple right now?

  • What goals would you like to work toward?
(Examples: deeper emotional intimacy, healthier conflict resolution, balancing responsibilities)

Caregiving & Boundaries

  • How can we find a rhythm between support and independence?

  • How do we navigate external pressures from family, society, or medical systems?

  • How can we reduce caregiver burnout and release guilt or resentment?

Managing Conflict & Emotional Stress

  • How do we communicate when emotions run high?

  • How do our coping styles differ—and how can we meet in the middle?

  • How can we protect our emotional connection even through hard times?

Intimacy & Lifestyle Adjustments

  • How do we maintain physical and emotional intimacy despite fatigue or pain?

  • How do we adjust expectations without losing hope or joy?

  • How can we continue to create moments of fun, adventure, and lightness?
