What is Neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change and adapt due to our myriad of experiences in lite. It is an umbrella term referring to the brain's ability to change, reorganize, or grow all kinds of neural networks. This can involve functional changes due to brain damage, structural changes due to learning, trauma, joy and other emotions can also trigger new neural networks to engage.

In basic terms, neuroplasticity is a brain workout allowing us to shift our patterns into something new.

Over the next weeks we will be sharing little bits of magic that come from leaning into the world of neuroplasticity.
